Exciting News!
For local graduating seniors who possess character traits including kindness, compassion, love for the community and who have "paid it forward" by acts of service and volunteerism, Jackson's Pay It Forward Foundation has created scholarships to help ease the expense of school for those in need. As of 2024, we have supported 55 graduates totaling $78,000!
Scholarship Information
Amount: This will be a scholarship(s) of up to $10,000*
Term: One (1) Time Scholarship
Use: Scholarship must be used for tuition, fees, room or board at any institution of higher learning or trade school for any course of study.
Eligibility:
- Applicant(s) must be an Asotin, Clarkston, Lapwai or Lewiston graduating senior.
- Applicant(s) must intend to pursue further education at an institute of higher learning or trade school in the Fall following their high school graduation.
- Applicant(s) must possess character traits for which Jackson Baldwin was known, including; kindness, compassion, love for the community and “paying it forward”.
- Applicant(s) must have contributed to the community through acts of service and/or volunteerism.
Due Date: Completed applications must be received by April 15th.

*In the event that there is more than one (1) equally qualified applicant, the scholarship may be divided amongst the winners. Selection of recipients will be made by the JPIFF Board of Directors and possible input from the school district staff members. Preference will be given to those that have worked with the Foundation and family members.
